Process after purchase
Thank you for your purchase at Network4Cars. We are happy to work with you and have outlined the key steps to ensure a smooth and seamless experience from order confirmation to final delivery.
Here’s what you can expect:
1. Order confirmation:
- Receipt: You will receive the order confirmation via email.
- Signature: Sign electronically by scrolling down and checking the box.
- Return: The signed order confirmation is automatically sent back to us.
2. Invoicing:
- Invoice: You will receive the invoice when the car(s) are ready for transport.
- Payment: Once the payment is received in our bank account, you will receive a confirmation of payment. We will then immediately start looking for transport to your location.
3. Transport and delivery:
- Once transport has been booked, you will receive an email notification with the expected date of loading.
- Duration: Transport usually takes 8 days, depending on the distance and the transporter’s route. Please note that this is an estimate and can vary due to external factors.
- Delivery inspection: You must inspect the car(s) upon delivery for any damages or missing items.
Damage reporting:
- Any damages or missing items must be noted on the CMR document.
- The CMR document should be emailed to us. Without noting on the CMR, damage claims cannot be processed.
- Additionally, report the damages on our web portal, including photos and an estimate of the repair costs.
- Based on the information received the claim will be processed.
4. Documents:
- Shipping: Once the vehicle documentation is complete, the documents will be sent to you via express courier. The delivery time for vehicles can vary depending on the specific sales order. This timeline is always discussed while finalizing the deal.
- You will receive an email from the express courier with the shipment details and tracking number.
