Frequently asked questions about "Documents"

When will I receive the documents?
The delivery time of the documents is given in the sales order. If you did not receive the documents within the estimated delivery time, please send an email to support@network4cars.com. Please include the relevant sales order number and the vehicle chassis number in the email.
Where can I see with which documents the car will be delivered?
This is shown in the sales order. You can find it on the page detailing the specifications.
How will I receive the documents?

Where can I find the service booklet for my car?
The service booklet can be either in the car or sent with other documents by courier. If you did not find the service booklet inside the car, please make sure you record this on the CMR and inform your support representative as soon as possible. Be aware that some manufacturers don’t issue service booklets anymore, but keep up the service history in the onboard computer of the car.
How or when will I receive the spare key for my car?
The spare key will be delivered to you together with the original key and the car. If you did not receive the spare key with your car, please make sure you record this on the CMR and inform your support representative as soon as possible.
Can I receive a photo copy of the documents?
If you require a copy of the documents, contact your support representative who will be pleased to help you.
