Have you been caught in the unfortunate situation of receiving a damaged vehicle?

Even though we handle your vehicle during the delivery with utmost care, it can happen that you receive a car with damage. But do not worry, there is an easy way of claiming the damage!

Here is how:

  1. Log-in with your credentials on our website.
  2. Click on the “Welcome” button in the top right corner of your screen to show multiple options.
  3. Select “Damage reclamation” button from the list.
  4. Fill in the “Damage reclamation form” with all the required information and you are finished.

Please make sure to fill in the form completely, so our damage department can process your claim and assist you as soon as possible.

Useful tips!

  • Thoroughly check the car upon arrival
  • Mark any damages or missing components on the CMR during the inspection of the delivered car
