As our sales and marketing manager you will create a fun, high energy environment where account managers can thrive and create the best possible customer experience. You will coach, guide, and motivate 11 account managers and 4 marketeers. You lead by example, inspire and act like a role model for your team. You motivate individuals and the team to exceed objectives. And you ensure team goals are aligned with organizational objectives. Our commercial teams are shifting into a pull-strategy and really focus on our customer journey. You are the driving force behind our data-transition and ensure our commercial teams develop the necessary competencies.
What we would like you to bring:
Leadership skills: you are both a team leader and a team player.
Experience: 3 years minimum in a sales and/or marketing management position.
Honesty: you speak the truth, face the facts.
Resourceful: you are a go-getter and an endless problem solver.
Passion: you have a thing for cars (just like we do :)
