As our Supply Chain Representative, you are in the "engine room" of our operations. You don’t just watch a portfolio of vehicles; you actively manage their movement across Europe.


Your day-to-day impact

  • Portfolio ownership: Manage the end-to-end process for your vehicle portfolio, from transport preparations to vehicles registrations, document processing and payment planning.
  • Logistics planning: You actively help in planning the physical movement of our vehicles, acting as a point of contact for transport companies and compounds.
  • Route optimization: You communicate constantly with partners to find the most efficient routes, minimizing lead times and driving efficiency.
  • Negotiation: You use your communication skills to negotiate the best possible transport prices.
  • Cross-Departmental coordination: Act as the "spider in the web" between Buying, Product & Pricing, and Finance to keep the supply chain seamless.
  • System precision: Maintain accuracy within Salesforce, ensuring all data, and process steps are recorded in real-time.


What you bring to the team

  • Experience: 3+ years in a logistics or back-office, administrative role.
  • You are comfortable picking up the phone, building relationships with transporters.
  • You can manage multiple moving parts at once and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel is a must) and experience with CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce is a plus).
  • English is required. Because of our European footprint, being fluent in a secondary language (e.g., NL, HU, or PL) is an advantage but not a must.
