As a Supply Chain Representative, you will be responsible for a portfolio of vehicles. You are the person managing the vehicles bought and sold in different European Markets. You will coordinate the logistical journey and processes of all vehicles within this portfolio. This means that you will act as an important liaison between Buying, Product & Pricing, Finance and Logistics. You will be in close contact with our suppliers. You will make sure data and invoices, planning of payments, documents, transport preparations and other activities are processed and performed accurately and communicated well in time. The Supply Chain Representative reports directly to the Operational Manager.

The challenge

You will be working on the Support department and fulfil the role of Supply Chain Representative. The Support department is responsible for all the back-office and administrative activities related to buying and selling of vehicles. You will have an important role streamlining the flow of vehicles from supplier to our customers.

After an intensive onboarding period, your daily routine will include the following tasks:

• Arranging and keeping track of the planning in regard to the payment of invoices, transport preparations, deliveries of cars and documents
• Monitoring the internal process of all vehicles in your portfolio and ensuring the effective and accurate flow of vehicles
• Registration of process steps in our internal ERP / CRM system Salesforce
• Signaling and escalating any problems outside your span of control
• Processing of related vehicle documents

What kind of person is the Supply Chain Representative?

You are a hands-on and enthusiastic team player. You have an eye for detail and are used to working in an environment where a high level of accuracy is crucial. You enjoy being part of a small and multi-cultural team (10 FTE). Furthermore, you pride yourself in good (and clear) communication skills. We speak many languages, although English and Dutch are the main company languages.

Furthermore, your experience and competences include.

• 3+ years of experience with administrative/back-office work
• You have a high level of accuracy
• You are able to organize your work in a timely and efficient way
• You are proactive and stick to deadlines
• You have good knowledge of Word, Excel, MS Office, and overall PC work
• You speak English very well and preferably also speak a secondary/native language (e.g., HU, CZ, BG, SK, PL)
