Junior Trader (France)

International automotive company is looking for a commercial talent to help us accelerate our growth in France

We are looking for a new sales colleague in our team of international Sales Traders. As native French speaker you will work closely together with our senior Sales Traders. You will develop and qualify leads to accelerate the growth of our automotive wholesale activities. In your job you are reaching out to o
fficial car-dealerships, rental companies, leasing companies and automotive traders in France.

You will be responsible for developing and qualifying leads to the point of hand-off to the Senior Sales Traders. You will maintain a deep understanding of the European Automotive market, our products, and services, as well as industry and customer need to identify appropriate prospects and establish effective contacts. As a Junior Trader, it will be critical for you to conduct business dealings with prospective clients in a way that creates a superior customer experience, which will set the stage for future product sales for Network4Cars.

Next to your direct sales colleagues, you will work closely together with colleagues from Marketing. Also, we have a -so called-Product & Pricing team. They will help you with the identification of potential leads and provide you with market insights. All these colleagues share the same floor in our office, and we operate as one team.

At Network4Cars we employ 60+ international specialists in total, who speak at least 10 languages among themselves. The connecting language however is English. The ability to speak Dutch is not required in the position of Junior Trader France.

The challenge

After an onboarding period, where you will be trained by your colleagues from different departments, your daily routine will include the following responsibilities and tasks;

  • Build and maintain a lead development pipeline via outbound-calling, e-mail, in-bound leads, as well as utilizing internet information sources
  • Qualifying sales-leads and business opportunities for the French market.
  • Maintain close relationships with the senior Traders active in your market (France)
  • Utilizing our CRM-system Salesforce
  • Coordinating with our marketing-department for promotional activities in your market (France)
  • Work together with our Product & Pricing department on market insights

What kind of person are you?

This is a high-energy position requiring an individual who is really motivated, enthusiastic and results driven. You love to work in an entrepreneurial environment, you are self-propelled and are commercial by nature. For us your personality is more important than experience. You may have some commercial experience in a different sector, or this might be you first job; as long as your character fits our company, we are willing to consider you for this position. In addition to this:

  • You are fluent in French & English (Dutch language not required)
  • You are computer/digital literate (we use Salesforce CRM however experience is not necessary, as we will train you)
  • You work and/or think on a bachelor’s level.
  • You are confident and determined by nature.
  • You have a real entrepreneurial mindset.
  • You have an energetic attitude and a convincing personality.
  • You have a commercial mind; you easily make contacts, and you are a strong communicator and negotiator.
  • You live in de Randstad in The Netherlands.

The position is full-time (40h working week), however depending on the candidate we are willing to consider also part-time fulfilment.
