    Jouw Uitdaging:

    - Je benadert proactief nieuwe klanten, geeft vervolg aan eerder ondernomen acties bij bestaande relaties en je weet als geen ander inventarisaties te maken van   uitdagingen en kansen in de markt;
    - Je voert regie op het verkoopproces en managet jouw sales funnel vanaf het eerste contact en grondige kwalificaties van prospects tot het getekende contract;
    - Je beweegt gemakkelijk in DMU-structuren, overwint weerstanden en je kunt op verschillende (klant)niveau’s communiceren en bewegen;
    - Je signaleert trends en kansen in de markt, weet daarop in te spelen en hebt nauw overleg met de interne organisatie inzake afzetmogelijkheden,   productontwikkelingen en commerciële acties;
    - Jouw aanpak is gedreven, resultaatgericht, onderscheidend en projectmatig en je weet hierdoor waarde toe te voegen en concreet deals te sluiten;
    - Je rapporteert in deze functie direct aan de Commercial Director.

    Jouw Succesfactoren:

    - Een afgeronde MBO/ HBO opleiding;
    - Aantoonbare commerciële ervaring en netwerk binnen de automotive- en/ of leasemarkt;
    - Resultaatgerichtheid en daadkracht om nieuwe relaties aan je binden en een klantgerichte instelling om klantbehoud en –tevredenheid te managen.

     

    Maar bovenal ben je een verkooptalent en vind je het leuk om je proactief in de markt te bewegen! Bij jou is ‘het glas altijd halfvol’ en met een innerlijke power en drive ben je gericht op het behalen van resultaten. Naast jouw praktische- en doelgerichte mentaliteit, heb je een positieve grondhouding en ben je een echte teamplayer!     The Job: 

    You will approach potential and existing customers by phone and email with the objective to map out their requirements and sell our products. Your external interlocutors will include, among others, owners, purchase managers and sales managers from various automotive companies, who all want to receive the best offer first. Every potential new customer will ensure for a unique conversation, that will make this a challenging and diverse position! Before you start you will receive training from the best sales trainers in the Netherlands and obviously, receive an extensive training in our product.

    What we ask 

    - You have a pleasant telephone voice
    - At least 2 years of experience in a highly commercial position, ideally as a trader.
    - You speak French at an idiomatic level and solid Dutch (both are a must!)
    - You have at least a Bachelor’s degree
    - You have a commercial mind; you easily make contacts and you are a pleasant interlocutor
    - Energetic attitude, tact and a bit of cheekiness you are able to convince the customer
    - You are a natural go getter and you can perfectly combine this with customer friendliness and positivism
    - You are available for 40 hours a week

  • Product Manager (Used Cars) Product Manager (Used Cars)

    Job description:

    The Product manager used cars (PUC) is able to add value to our growth activities by identifying new commercial opportunities in the used car business. The PUC will keep track of trends and market conditions to provide strategic advice to upper management and to coordinate buying and sales towards this vision. The goal is to promote and expand the company’s commercial activity in the used car business which should lead to revenues and lead to sustainable growth. The winner is a team player with clear orientation to results and strong ability towards adapting to the extremely fast-moving environment that this challenge involves. On a day to day basis you will work together with our international purchase and sales team.

     

    Responsibilities:

    As Product Manager Used Cars, you will be responsible for;

    - Mapping and analysing the used car market inside Europe.

    - Plan the buying and sales of used cars conform the market prices and is end responsible for the margin or loss resulting from our used car business.

    - Manage the current lead time of stock using dynamic pricing while constantly managing the prices according to market value.

    - Creating and evaluating deals by means of a deal assessment tool and taking the lead in deal committees concerning deals for used cars.

    - The management and coordination of the buyers and sellers concerning used cars and giving these representatives advise on what to buy and sell.

     

    We ask:

    - Has at least 5 years’ experience in the international used car market.

    - Has in depth knowledge and experience with multiple brands throughout Europe.

    - Has knowledge of regulations in the European market.

    - Is able to analyse and determine costs that are needed to sell cars in target markets.

    - Is able work in a team but is also very independent.

    - Is able to work from our main office in Nieuw-Vennep, but also able to travel sometimes.

    - Has good communication skills

    - Is Fluent in Dutch and English.
