    Once the transport date is known, you will receive an automated e-mail from us, including the loading date, the chassisnumbers and the delivery address. If you did not receive this e-mail yet, we don’t have a loading date for your cars yet.     The delivery time of the documents is written on the Sales Order (SOR). If you did not receive documents in the estimated delivery time, please send an e-mail with your question and the concerning chassisnumbers to support@network4cars.com

    Please send an e-mail with your question and the concerning chassisnumber to support@network4cars.com and attach the CMR on which is stated that this item is missing.
  • What do I do if there is a damage on one of my delivered cars? What do I do if there is a damage on one of my delivered cars?

    Please make sure you report the damage within 24 hours after delivery. To report the damage, send an e-mail to support@network4cars.com, describe shortly the damage and attach a copy of a CMR, pictures of damage and the VIN, and a repair calculation.
  • Do I receive the invoices also in original? Do I receive the invoices also in original?

    No, we only send digital invoices in colour. If you print our digital invoices in colour, it will be the same as our original invoices.
  • How are you sending the documents to us? How are you sending the documents to us?

    We always send documents by courier (Skynet). Skynet normally provides a 24h delivery service. You will receive an e-mail with the tracking number once we booked a shipment.
  • Which documents will I receive with the cars? Which documents will I receive with the cars?

    This is mentioned in the Sales Order (SOR), you can find it on the page with specifications.

    -Click the link provided in the "Please sign [document_name]" e-mail.
    -Click in the fields and enter any requested information.
    -Click in the signature field. A pop-up window appears.
    -Enter your name in the Name section at the top of the pop-up window.
    -Review the generated signature or click the Draw icon and draw your signature with your mouse.
    -Click Apply.
    -Click the Click to Sign button.

    When logged in to Adobe Sign
    -Go to the Manage page.
    -Double-click an agreement under the Waiting For Me to Sign section.
    -Click in the fields and enter any requested information.
    -Click in the signature field. A pop-up window appears.
    -Enter your name in the Name section at the top of the pop-up window. -Review the generated signature or click the Draw icon and draw your signature with your mouse.
    -Click Apply.
    -Click the Click to Sign button.
